Friends of All Saints
The aim of the Friends of All Saints is to raise funds for the maintenance and upkeep of All Saints Church. Friends are those who are interested in the history of the building of All Saints and wish to see its continued presence into the future. The Church is a Grade 1 Listed building of real importance, both as an historic monument and a place of worship.
The questionnaire in the Scraptoft Parish Plan undertaken by the civic Parish Council in 2008 found that 89% of local people value the local church which has inspired the PCC to set up a Friends of All Saints to enable people to help maintain the building even though they might not attend the Church for worship.
